The 3rd phase of the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH), (2019-2023), launched on September 19, 2018, under the presidency of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, aims to consolidate the achievements made in previous phases. It is based on four programs focused on reducing the infrastructure and basic service deficit in underdeveloped areas, supporting individuals in precarious situations, improving income and the economic integration of young people, and promoting human development for future generations through investment in human capital.
